IESL Initiates ISO 9001 Quality Management System Implementation

The Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka (IESL) has officially commenced the journey towards implementing the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, marking a significant milestone in strengthening our commitment to excellence, transparency, and continuous improvement.

A preliminary meeting was held on 13th November 2025, chaired by the President of IESL, Eng. Kosala Kamburadeniya, with the participation of key stakeholders. This initiative reflects IESL’s dedication to elevating organizational processes, enhancing service delivery to our members, and aligning with internationally recognized standards.
